The Next Sky may also collect demographic information, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests, activities and favorites.

In addition our systems may need to collect information about your computer hardware and software, IP addresses, cookies, passwords, images or code in one form or another whether present or past or future in order to perform its functions or to provide or deliver its services. This information is used by The Next Sky for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and administrative functions such as forecasting, reporting, problem solving, strategic planning and more.

Please note that in our opinion, there is no such thing as a perfectly secure system or perfect online security. The plethora of cases of successful breaches of security and the hacking of major organizations' online systems and databases as regularly reported by the news, stands as evidence in support of this assertion.

It is with this in mind that when you disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through The Next Sky (or any of our related products, facilities or services) in any way whatsoever, your information may be collected and used by others in spite of every attempt by us or others to protect your privacy and / or data. This is the reality of the Internet and as such we do not claim to offer perfect security or guarantee that your data, content or information will ultimately be safe or private in any way whatsoever. This may not be what you want to hear. However, it is what we believe we need to disclose to be truthful and transparent. This may be contrary to other privacy policies. Yet, the long list of security breaches reported in the news on a regular basis indicates that the concept of Internet security and privacy may in reality be little more than a comforting illusion. We are not alone in this conclusion. For example the U.S. News website published an online article titled "The Illusion of Online Privacy" by By Tom Risen, Staff Writer Aug. 25, 2015. The article stated "... And computers are terrible at keeping secrets. The 30 million users of thought they had some privacy – until hackers last week exposed their names, addresses and credit card payments... Along with recent high-profile breaches that have affected retailers like Target and government agencies like the IRS and Office of Personnel Management, the Ashley Madison hack shows online information is never truly safe, despite people’s increasing willingness to hand it over... So far this year, 505 data breaches have targeted businesses, government agencies and other institutions, exposing more than 139 million records, according to the Identity Theft Resource Center. The sheer number of hacks is evidence of how companies underestimate the threat of a data breach..." (Sourced from

As such, by using our facilities, products or services you hereby agree that doing so is entirely at your own risk and that you completely absolve us of all harm, damages or liabilities in every way whatsoever. As such, you hereby agree that we will not be held liable for any breach of your data or loss of privacy in any way whatsoever and that you will have no claim against us in anyway whatsoever.
